  • We require valid photo or video evidence to assess the issue.

3. Order Delays or Non-Delivery

  • If your order shows no tracking info, is stuck in transit, or has passed an expected shipping timeframe (for USA orders: 45 days; international/global: 60 days) without delivery, contact us. We may resend your product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

  • If tracking says it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we'll ask for proof from your postal/carrier service (a non-delivery certificate or similar documentation).

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled via email before they are shipped .

  • Once an order is in transit or has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. How Refunds Are Issued
