1. When We’ll Help
At Mejor Beginnings, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives with damage, defect, missing or incorrect item(s), or if something was our mistake, we’ll work with you to fix it.
2. How to Report Issues

Please report any damages, defects, or missing/incorrect items to our email Mejorbeginnings@outlook.com within 30 days after your order is delivered.

We require valid photo or video evidence to assess the issue.
3. Order Delays or Non-Delivery

If your order shows no tracking info, is stuck in transit, or has passed an expected shipping timeframe (for USA orders: 45 days; international/global: 60 days) without delivery, contact us. We may resend your product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If tracking says it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we'll ask for proof from your postal/carrier service (a non-delivery certificate or similar documentation).
4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled via email before they are shipped .

Once an order is in transit or has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method or store credit.

Once approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider or bank).
7. Exceptions & What We Don’t Cover

Normal wear & tear or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
